how big will she get?

I just got a 5 mouth old Great Dane pitbull dalmatian mix puppy.(2 week ago) she is under weight, when i got her you could see her ribs and feel her hip bones. she has gained 5lbs now at 27.4lbs and a height of 15.25inchs. she is still under weight but i am working on that. and i dont know if this means anything but she has big paws, from tip of the pad to the back little pad on the leg is 4.25inchs and from side to side is 2.5inchs. So how big do you think she will get?

around 75cm+ at the shoulders in my opinion
